Western belt, carved and tooled Belgium vegetable tanned leather. 3 layers. Sanded and polished solid brass buckle, belt loop and Chicago screws.
The lining is carved, then burnished to close the cuts. Hand stitched with 1 mm thick Ritza Tiger thread, color Havanna Cigar.
The edge is rounded and compressed with an edge beader, then finished with Yankee Wax (clear), which is melted and burnished into the leather with a hot sole iron.
